This dish is a seventh day adventist college student go to. It is fast, easy to make, and tastes delicious. To an outsider there may be doubt, but before you know it they will be asking you for seconds!
- 1 can of vegetarian/baked beans
- 5-6 cups of spring mix
- 1 cup of chopped tomatoes or salsa
- 1 avocado or guacamole
- Shredded vegan cheese of your choice
- Blue corn tortillas
- In a plate layer the tortilla chips, spring mix, beans, salsa, guacamole, and cheese.
