RECIPE: Let’s Do It Tortilla Vegan Quesadilla

Let’s Do It Tortilla

6 Tortilla

½ cup Salsa

½ cup Guacamole

16 oz Cooked Pinto Beans

1 baked or fried plantain

½ cup vegan cheese


Heat up a griddle or grill. Then create a station for layering your tortilla. 

Take your tortilla and cut from the center to outside

Add the following ingredients to only one quadrant: guacamole, pinto beans, salsa, and plantain. 

Layer cheese all over

Fold the quadrants into each other until it forms a triangle

Add folded tortilla to griddle or grill. Cook on both sides for 3-5 each

Serve with extra salsa
