Quinoa Breakfast Bowl 

Quinoa is considered a superfood and a great source of protein. When we think of how to consume quinoa we think of it only for savory dishes like Buddha bowls and even salads. Quinoa can also be used in sweetened dishes and even consumed for breakfast. This breakfast bowl is great to have post workout. Use this recipe as a foundation and explore creating your own unique recipe.  

1 cup cooked quinoa

1/2 cup Plantbased milk 

1-2 tablespoon raisins

1-2 tablespoon goji berries chopped (optional)

1/2 cup fresh berries, chopped

1 tablespoon cacao nibs (optional)

1-2 tablespoon walnuts, chopped

2 tablespoons hemp seeds (optional)

1/4 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 tablespoon nut butter (optional)

Agave to taste
